An excellent point! This distinction is so often ignored by the lobby powers who aim to frame the copyright issue as a battle against thieving pirates. The gateway to truly understanding the implications of Copy restrictions, limitations, DRM, & Fair Use, is to first recognize the distinction so beautifully illustrated in the above graphic.
