17 Years Of Jail For NRIs In Britain’s Largest Drugs Case
According to the news reports of London, Indian origin men along with his two assistants have been sentenced to jail. The crime of these people was, they were involved in a 33 million pounds drug deal. This deal is considered to be the UK’s largest heroin seizure ever!
Here harminder Chana 32 year old was sentenced to 17 years of jail whereas, Atif Kahn who was 34 years old for 15 and half years and 30 year old Abdul Rob for 23 years of jail. According to the police 330 kg of heroin was apprehended in this case. It is just unbelievable thing!
Kingston crown court heard that thirteen boxes were held at motorway service station in Kent. Also Patrick Kuster 37 years old, which was from Netherlands, was jailed for 26 years for the supplying heroin conspiracy. According to the police, Kuster imported heroin from Holland through Eurotunnel in his mother’s car.
He drove this car to the motorway service station, which is in Maidstone, Kent. Here several people were waiting for him to come as they were to meet him and pick up their part of dig consignment of heroin of behalf of their syndicates.
The information led the police to chana, who was seen driving a car in motorway services near Minstone. He came to meet Kuster and was transferring boxes form one car to another.
And then finally along with him, later the police arrested Khan as well in east London in IIford and there the police found the keys of a safe house, where the some more drugs and other equipment were led. Also the business partner of Khan, Abdul Rob was accused soon arranging and financing the three boxes of the imported heroin.
