Michael Jackson wins 4 American music awards ruled the award ceremony!
From grave, Michael Jackson made the history by winning 4 music awards in the ceremony held in Los Angeles. But with the fact he couldn’t beat Taylor swift as the year’s favorite artist and the top winner of the evening.
A 19 year old took this top award on Sunday winning five trophies in all giving Jackson his only loss of the night. The victories accomplished with the performance show with an S&M- themed.
Jackson’s brother Jermaine accepted all the trophies, and paid tribute to his late brother by wearing glittery white glove. He accepted two of his brother’s awards by thanking Allah for blessing his family naming each of his brothers and sisters. He also said that Michael’s message is more important and will remain on forever than any award. And also that he always started with love and saw good in everybody and always wanted everyone to do the same.
Jackson’s victories became one of the highlights of the evening. He was named for the favorite male artist in the rock/pop and R&B/ soul categories. And which also featured a breaking performance of Lady Gaga with a special award for White Houston.
Lady Gaga preformed the songs from her new album. “The Fame Monster” which would out in store soon! With her microphone she just gave an outstanding glass breaking performance and also played a piano; which was the best part of the evening.
Janet Jackson opened the show with a combination of some of the biggest hits from her long career. All the tracks that emerge from her new greatest-hits collection which were also known as “number one”.
Even more than the awards, AMAs performances were fabulous. Kelly Clarkson performed a stripped down of her hits “Already Gone,” backed by a string quartet. And Jennifer Lopez added a boxing motif to her dance-filled performance.
